While RVE only accepts weddings by referral, our wedding planners always have a blast working with our brides and grooms (and NOT just the mother of the bride) to create that special day that reflects their true style. There is no challenge that is too unusual for us (Don’t like cake? Must include the family pet? Have a rowdy uncle that should be kept away from the tequila?), so bring on your requests! Our wedding services range from an initial consultation to get you on the right track to a full-service package that manages anything and everything that happens from now to your honeymoon.

For those that wish to use our services but are on a budget, we have just the package for you – 3 for 300. Spend 3 hours with one of our wedding planners, and ask any and all the questions you want about the Austin wedding market, including tips and advice, and walk away with a complete listing of a minimum of 50 vendors we highly recommend to fit your wedding needs from florists to rentals to venues, and best of all, you can bring your fiancé, mother, future MIL, MOH, BM, best friend, sister, etc. to this meeting to get the most out of your 3 hour consultation. All this for the price of $300.

This package is ideal for those that want to plan the wedding themselves, but they just want a bit of guidance to sort through all the vendors AND how to best utilize that budget of theirs to plan their dream wedding. For those working with us the first time, it’s our company policy that we do NOT accept any commissions or kick backs from our vendors that we refer, so we are truly recommending the best vendor for you given your style, budget, and logistics involved. At this time, we are only offering this consultation package for Austin weddings.

Much like the fun and creative edge we enjoy adding to our weddings, we’ve been known to throw a truly memorable milestone birthday or anniversary party. If you don’t have time to plan but can tell us that your wife loves the theater, your daughter has been dreaming about her quinceanera since she was born, or your father would rather be fishing, or your parents are about to retire and spend their days traveling the world, we can organize an event that will create wonderful memories for the guest(s) of honor and anyone else lucky enough to attend. Keep in mind that most of our milestone clients budget at least $100/person when using RVE services.

Bringing the whole family together can be a rewarding but stressful experience. Picking the perfect venue or location, coordinating travel and hotels, renting required gear (from high chairs to wheelchairs), and planning large meals and activities that work for all ages and all personalities is enough to put a reunion off for one more year. RVE is proud to work with some very important non-profit groups to organize fundraisers and recognition banquets. Since most of these events are staffed by busy people who are volunteering their time, it is often difficult to manage deadlines and keep everyone on track. RVE works with event directors to organize all preparation and make sure there is no last minute scramble to pull logistics together. We also help develop creative themes and structure sponsorship packages to keep budgets to a minimum. RVE has worked with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, AISD/APIE’s annual Salute banquet, the River City Youth Foundation, and more, planning events that range from 200 to 1500 attendees.

Planning a large festival can be intimidating, especially when trying to balance tradition while incorporating new ideas for annual events. By opening an event to the public, you never know who will attend.  Red Velvet Events helps clients choose entertainment, develops promotional ideas to draw the right crowds, helps organize sponsorship opportunities, and manages the basic logistics of lighting and sound, city permits, traffic and security, and the all important port-o-potties. We make sure that these events, which range in budget from $20,000 to $200,000 and up, feel stress-free and under control so that our hosts can enjoy themselves as much as their guests.
