When Cindy Lo started Red Velvet Events 8 years ago, she did so with the mission to Outplan, Outplay and Outparty!  Since then, Cindy has grown RVE into the type of company that delivers the exact events our clients want, every time.  Cindy has been planning events for as long as she can remember… not just at past companies like Trilogy Software or at the University of Texas, but even back in her childhood days of church functions and school meetings.  Cindy’s passion for details and logistics, along with a level of energy unmatched by anyone we’ve ever met, apparently goes back that far too.  With hundreds of events under Cindy’s belt, her biggest challenge is coming up with new creative angles and unusual ways to improve RVE operations and really wow our clients.   When she’s not busy juggling client deadlines and meeting with vendors, you can find her spending time with her husband, two kids, and her two crazy dogs.

Sarah Lo has been a friend to the company since its inception and lent a hand throughout the early years. With a background in retail management, Sarah brings a whole new level of organization to the entire company, ensuring that the event managers have all the tools they need to drive a successful event. When she’s not managing the office or assisting on-site, you can find her trying out a new restaurant or showcasing her mad skills in the bowling alley. Sarah assists with all DMC proposals and leads RVE’s DMC initiative.

With a diverse background in event planning, marketing, and public relations, Jennifer Westfall delivers 110% every time from knowing that the clients will always be pleased with the result and that she can execute exactly what they are envisioning. Don’t hold her back because she loves to learn and be creative, and the inspiration comes to her partially because she loves to paint and volunteer when she’s not working. In addition to being Red Velvet Events' lead wedding coordinator, Jennifer assists the firm in all aspects, ranging from delivering sales proposals to on-site execution.

Sara Wheiles O' Donnal is not only one of our dedicated Event Managers but she also manages our San Antonio office. A natural-born multi-tasker and prioritizer, Sara gets her energy from having a job that is constantly changing and keeping her on her toes. Her experience in Public Relations and the restaurant industry means Sara also understands what it means to be a professional and to stay focused under pressure. Of course, she also understands the value of “decompressing” too – when not working, she can usually be found at the gym or spending time with friends, family, or her lovable yellow lab Jackson.
