RVE handles registration, room setup, audio-visual needs, transportation, catering, gift bags, signage, receptions, and much more.  We have been part of the dynamic local scene for 10 years and have developed relationships with the top nightclubs, lounges and hotels in the city to create flawless, unforgettable private and corporate events.

These events, often specific to technology or pharmaceutical companies, tend to last two to three days, have ranged in size from 50 to 1000 people, and are usually budgeted at $800 or more per participant.
