Red Velvet Events, Inc. has been planning unique and flawless meetings, conferences and social events around the world for 10 years.

We’ve worked with Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations and brides with budgets ranging from thousands to millions.  We've coordinated Chinese dragons and world-renowned chefs, young children and opinionated executives.  Just as an example, we’ve managed to incorporate 25 different vendors into one wedding and fill a 9,000 sq. foot ballroom completely with faux snow!
