Some people think corporate events need to fit a certain mold. While Red Velvet Events deeply understands the importance of professionalism and polish, we also know that business people are people too. That's why we personally make sure that every conference, trade show, seminar and meeting that we plan is one that doesn't only help you achieve your goals – it also leaves a lasting impression.

Customer & User Conferences
When companies invite clients, prospects and analysts to learn more about their products, it’s crucial that all of the details are under control so that important information can take center stage. RVE handles registration, room setup, audio-visual and speaker needs, transportation, catering, gift bags, signage, receptions, and more. These events, often specific to technology or pharmaceutical companies, tend to last two to three days, have ranged in size from 70 to 500 people, and are usually budgeted at $1500 or more per participant. RVE clients for these events include Lombardi Software and Bazaarvoice.
Product Launches
When working with retail store openings and product introductions, launch events must be exciting and press-worthy, but also extremely organized and “on brand.” Red Velvet Events works with corporate marketing departments and public relations firms to ensure that these single day events hit their goals, which range from signing up new members, to selling products, to gaining valuable local publicity. Clients such as Gold’s Gym and CarMax have both used RVE to efficiently announce their arrival to the local community.
Trade Shows
Exhibiting at a trade show can be daunting. All of your materials must get sent to the right place during a specific time window, all unions and contracts must be dealt with in advance, and most importantly, your booth must get noticed in the middle of a busy exhibition hall. RVE has worked with many clients, including Blue Fish Development Group, VMLogix, and NetQoS, on $25,000 to $200,000 trade show events. We can manage the entire booth, ensure consistent messaging, create compelling giveaways, and organize all additional trade show activities such as offsite meetings or client appreciation dinners.
Training Seminars
Many of our busy clients don’t have time to plan internal training seminars for their own sales forces and agents. For these companies, Red Velvet Events can arrange meeting space, computer terminals, registration, catering, room setup, and any other required logistics. These 1-2 day events, usually serving an average of 10 to 30 attendees, are often budgeted at less than the average Red Velvet Event – from $5000 to $15,000 – and event budgets can be offset by registration fees that go directly to the client. RVE clients for training seminars include Eloqua and Medicus Insurance.
Company Hands-On Meetings
Internal kickoff meetings can be great team-building experiences as well as the most efficient and effective way to go over new corporate vision and goals. Red Velvet Events plans these 1 to 2 day events by managing travel, catering, room setup, employee giveaways or awards, and more. Often, these events include additional meetings, celebrations and activities for which RVE gets to provide truly creative input, such as unique themes and exciting employee surprises. These events tend to range from 60 to 2000 people and are often budgeted from $30,000 to $350,000. RVE Clients in this area include Silicon Labs and J&J Maintenance, and Dell.
